Our self check-in allows our guest a flexible check-in experience with the ability to check-in early from 3pm until midnight.

On you day of arrival you will receive an email either directly or via your booking platform giving you a 4 digit code that allows you access to the main hotel door and also the same code for your allocated room.

No more keys to worry about or to lose, no forms to fill in on arrival as it is all automatic and this makes your whole arrival experience relaxing and seamless. Simply touch the key pad to activate the lock (it will illuminate for you) use your unique 4 digit code followed by the unlock symbol (bottom right on key pad) and the door will unlock. Doors automatically lock again when the door is closed.

For guest who would prefer a key fob these are also available for guests that wish to check-in from 4-6pm when reception is specifically open - just ring the doorbell to be welcomed and your key fob will be available at reception.

When checking out you have no key to return so you can simply head on your way after experiencing our fabulous breakfast menu.

You pre-ordered your breakfast each evening using our digital guide to ensure your selection arrives fresh and hot in a timely manner. Please check out our extensive menu on our website.

Check-out is 10 am after which your code for security will become inactive.

Our digital guide and breakfast menu is accessed via a QR code in your room which details local restaurants and activities you can enjoy whilst staying at Watermead House.
