Each room is equipped with a 43" flat-screen TV, Alexa smart speaker and Nespresso machine for added comfort. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom featuring rainfall shower.

Easy Contactless Self Check-in

On your day of arrival you will receive a 4 digit code by email or Whatsapp that allows you seamless access to the main house and your specific bedroom. No key to lose, no paperwork to complete as your check--in is automated, just head straight to your room and relax. This process allows you earlier check-in from 3pm until 2359pm. Reception manual check-in and key fob collection is available from 4-6pm, giving all guests a solution they are happy with.

Extensive Breakfast Menu

Breakfast is freshly cooked using locally sourced produce, a selection of fabulous daily specials, freshly brewed Columbian coffee and a selection of teas. For a lighter breakfast, there is a self service breakfast with a selection of cereals, yoghurts, nuts and fruits. Our extensive breakfast menu offers plenty of choices including gluten free, vegetarian and vegan.

Business Travellers

We are a VAT-registered business, making us an excellent choice for business travellers. For direct bookings, we provide VAT invoices digitally on request, making it easy to keep records and claim expenses.

Accessibility Information

Watermead House was constructed in the Victorian era and maintains much of its Victorian charm. Rooms are on the first and second floors, accessed by a minimum of 19 steps of stairs; there is no elevator in the building. Please contact us directly if you have any mobility issues. Superior rooms are located on the first floor. All Standard double rooms are located on the second floor.

Self catering studios with en-suites are available on the ground floor in our annex including wheelchair access to one of the double bed studios.
